Recently purchased a new mattress. Sales people are not pushy and will help you understand what they have available. We didn’t feel like the sales lady or the gentleman helping us really knew much about the beds we looked at. Otherwise it was overall a good experience. We like Home Zone and have purchased there several times. Everything went exactly as scheduled.
If fact, we are excited to know our table will be exchanged before the holidays! Our family is very happy with the result and looks forward to shopping at Home Zone. Our salesman, Daniel Perez was very helpful to direct us to the furniture we were interested in seeing.

When we first got there we were looking for an entertainment center and the sales person said I am sorry we don't carry those anymore. Then we asked about a bench and he said while not sure about that. The sales person ended up salinger us a bench that was the 9nly one in the store also he went online to see if he could find a entertainment center for us. Was not looking promising to start with but ended up goid. Sarah helped us with all our questions!

The driver thought he was delivering a rug and we corrected him and he brought out our couch and two recliners. Thankfully they were on the truck! Most all of my future came from Home Zone. The owners manual matches the store model but doesn’t match our two bases delivered. I would like to know if there is a remedy or explanation. In all fairness it might be me that is confused. Kimberly in the Lewisville location helped me customize a couch. She was very nice, helpful, and explained everything to me well. I am still waiting on shipping, but I can't wait for my couch.

We loved the selections of furniture, but her customer service skills sold us! We ended up purchasing a couch even though we really didn't think we would find something worth an immediate purchase. Get more reviews from your customers with Birdeye.

I explained to her what my mom and I were looking for and she instantly had something for me. The young man who was learning the trade was very eager to please. The Manager offered 10% off on a damaged piece I wanted and we got along well.
This time the store had been upgraded and was very comfortable and nicely arranged. The employees were very attentive and helped each other. They had a team approach which made us comfortable. Furniture was a great deal and we found what we wanted. All i can say is the customer service sucks if you have an issue with the furniture. They are more than happy to sell you the furniture and take your money but don't want to fix any problems under warranty.
We had been contemplating buying this for some time and finally with Daniel’s help we were able to make it happen. Very satisfied and look forward to more purchases in the future. The experience was great from beginning to end. I walked in thinking I wouldn’t be buying anything and was already very discouraged from all previous stores I had been to. Jocelyn I believe was her name was very sweet and helpful with everything.
